solo potd floor 100 acheivement question

do i have to kill myself on floor 101 to get it or can i just keep going and get it when my run ends?, been asking around in other places and i keep getting a mix of yes and no

You can keep going, I got it on floors 120-130.

but keep in mind that when you get a disconnect on floor 101+ you will not get the achievment.

And you will have to start over again as well if you disconnect if going for the achievement just force the death not worth the risk.
