And you dont care? thats not even an excuse or reason. Yes i get it. It doesnt invalid date anything, it just says loud and clear that your not a very kind person. Im saying you should be more forgiving and learn to accept.
It's not about working twice as hard as I normally do. It's that I shouldn't be working twice as hard as my teammate and out putting double his damage/ contribution.

I don't have to be a particularly kind person. The basic level of respect and courtesy I offer my party is enough. It is not my job to coddle someone and say "its okay that you're undergeared, I'll carry you through UWU." Not even if I'm mentoring.

Do you have a better weapon to equip? No? Why did you queue up then? Having enough poetics to get a weapon is a matter of an MSQ roulette, a 50/60 roulette and maybe a level 50 raid. The game drowns you in poetics.

Roulette is set up to get queues to pop. The only roulette made to help people the way you're thinking is Mentor Roulette and even there, there's a baseline expectation in regards to gear unless the person in question is a sprout in Sastasha.

Thats really not the case and you've read enough in this thread to know that.
We arent talking about a new player here.We are talking about someone with 3 lvl 70 characters. If they've gotten 3 characters to lvl 70 then they know where the vendors are and certainly can afford to either buy or craft or get fc to craft them gear for the runs.
This is simply the case of a long term player being lazy and cheap and looking for a free ride to level alt jobs.

Good luck get a full set of dungeon gear. For me to get full set of level 63 dungeon gear took me 12 runs and most of those came from when you finish it get one item piece for your class. At level 70 its even harder. Ran last new level 70 over 145 times now and still only have 4 pieces for my caster from it. Also crafted level 70 gear will run you 100,000 to 350,000 gil a piece unless your very rich can't afford it. Best way to gear up get job to level 70 and just run POTD for tomes to buy gear with.

No one is saying you need a full set of gear from the level 65 dungeon to attempt the level 67 one - but in those 7 levels you probly should have upgraded half or more of your equipment from the level 60 state. Chasing specific drops in cap dungeons is a whole other story. However, cap dungeons only drop gear for glamour purposes. I dont need to farm Skalla endlessly for 315 gear - the non-capped tomes can be used to quickly get a set at 310, the capped tomes can go to upgrading 330/340 pieces into my ensemble, and there are 320(uncapped) and 330(capped) raid options that are easy to get as well. And i remember needing something like 8 runs to finish my Shisui glamour set(the boots would not drop for me) - once i stopped trashing the accessories and let them fill out the list i was done in 2 runs. Im guessing if it took you 12 runs to get a 10 piece set you were doing something similar.
