Returning Player since RDM/SAM update

Hello all,

I just came back after taking a break. The last time I played the RDM/SAM update had hit and I think I stuck around for about 2-3 weeks after that. I have been gone since.

I know my crafts are all not up to 70 yet, still all at 60 but I am just curious as to what people are doing right now?

A bit of everything really? Currently most people are feeling the patch lull pretty heavily though as most of my acquaintances are off playing other games until 4.2 hits. Other than that people are gearing up for Sigmascape.

Nothing, other than the raid an d a new EX trial, nothing of worth has been added in 4.1. We're pretty much waiting for 4.2.

As everyone mentioned, we're all just waiting for 4.2 with not much left to do.

But if you want to catch up, you can purchase gear from crafts on the market board at 70, or do the normal raids for OS1-4 and gear up, and do Rabanastre with tome grinding to get up to speed! But really, you're not missing anything at this time lol.

I wouldn't mind the players in game giving you issues. Ignore them and keep skilling up and gearing up appropriately, and you'll be fine! With levels under 60, it can be hard to gear up to the best, until the shire gear in Iddlylshire. Post, you have gear for market board or by means of story quest from Stormblood once you get into it.
