maybe they are getting a long post from YoshiP and getting it translated through translation team to post up in next couple of day or somethingIt is really disappointing how the JP side is getting lots more responses , also no waste of posts like "TEE HEE AM I UR FAV REP NAO!>!?!? <3333333" really?...when I am checking the dev tracker and see a new post this is honestly the last thing I could care about.
Seems like we get more into from Reinheart then the actual NA reps. I'm sure though the NA reps can't control what they are and are not allowed to post..but still, its like as if the devs choose to respond much more to the JP side.![]()
I think Square Enix is planning there next post VEARY carefully. With all the setbacks and the outcry and backlash they've had if there next move isn't some where between great & ground breaking, a few people are in lined to get fired.
I think Lurex has a great point. I can't recall the official numbers, but Final Fantasy 14 sold about 60,000 copies. And before they charged for the game the active player base was about 28,000 - 30,000. Now with people having to play the game, I'll be nice estimate that Square Enix has about 5,400 to MAYBE 6,000 people left.
Even with Mr. Yoshida and Devs posting on the Japanese forms, I think something more official needs to be posted on the Load Stone. It's nice to see that things are being posted to the Japanese forms, and images of what's coming is great. But this also needs to offaly happen on the English forms WITH OUT having the player base translating the posts into English.
There was another post on the forms titled "This is how FFXIV should have launched." http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...-have-launched. And I happen to agree with them.
Yes we've had some good updates, but the game JUST got to where it should have been at launched, and the game isn't adding up to the competitions. Yes I know that the almighty vr 2.0 is coming late this year, if it comes out on time. Now I know some people that are left will defend Square Enix, but the major shareholders have to ask the major question, what's the Return on Investment really going to be, and what's the loss going to be if they write the game off.
