Character stuck in instance

I disconnected with 90002 during a zone in to an instance. And everytime I attempt to log back into that character I get constant 90002 errors. I am able to log into an alt character sometimes, sometimes I get 3102 when logging into an alt character.

Update: spoke with a GM in mogstation chat. The answer I recieved was that nothing can be done, and I have to wait for the character to be registered by the server as logged out. I am a bit disappointed GMs dont have to tools to help players out. And I suppose that answer is reasonable if I am locked out of my main for a day. My alts dont have the items, levels, retainers, materials, crafters needed to play with my friends. However I've played since 2.0, this is the first time Ive actually been in a situation like this, and after THOUSANDS of hours sunk into the game its a slap in the face. I may seek game time credited to me if this persists a week or more, or just unsub.

Can you elaborate on the kind of disconnect you are having?

Please provide:

- When the disconnects started occurring
- Platform (PC, PS4, Mac)
- Any error codes or messages you receive upon disconnect (if any)
- Type of connection (wired or wireless)
- Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
- Frequency at which disconnect occurs
- Where you are booted to after disconnect (Desktop, Start Screen, Character Select)

The disconnect issue itself started at 4.1 release. This disconnect happened around 1830 est last night.
PC, windows 10.
90002 on disconnect when I do disconenct
90002 when I try to log into main character (who my friends tell me is still logged in)
3102 when I try to log into a low level alt
Google Chrome / Discord running

Normal play disconnects happen every few hours, and when they happen they are frequent.
Booted to Start screen on disconnect.

I have adjusted my internt settings according to instructions you have posted in other threads in this forum. I have also flushed my DNS. None of this has allievated the regular disconnects.
And I am still locked out of playing this game.

If you still show up as logged in ...

I had this happen to a friend of mine. He was able to log back in after a period of maintenance.

But man his character really loved being stuck in the Manor for days XP

Yeah, i think thats about the time my friend spent stuck... The fact they can't (apparently) forcibly kick you stinks.

Day 3, can login now. I dont mind the disconnects so much because I know its not your fault, but when a disconnect causes a failure yall need the tools to log ppl out so they can get back into the game.
