Manafication(PVP) Not in PVP actions and Traits or regular actions and traits

Steps:
1. Unbind Manafication(PVP) from the pvp hotbar by dragging it off when unlocked
2. Check pvp traits and actions to attempt to rebind it to a pvp hotbar
3. Find that Manafication(PvP) isn't listed in any actions and traits menu.

If i remember correctly, Manafication isn't a PvP action at the moment

It was on my bar as a completely separate action when the hotbar first swapped, a 45 second cooldown version instead of the normal 120 second one, with a different color scheme on the icon, red and gray instead of the normal blue and red. I couldn't find it again after I unbound it. So either it's unintentionally there and shouldnt be on pvp hotbars, or is implemented and isn't where it should be.

They replaced Manafication by Vercure in the last patch.

Got into PVP Literally yesterday so I didn't know this. I'll swap out the bug report and phrase it the other way around.
