I named my Chocobo Wallace, gonna name my Gobbue Gromit

My character is named after Hope from FFXIII, my chocobo is Boomerang... but I'm pretty sure my Goobbue will have to be Alexander. You know, the sitting on top of the giant stone monster bit..

Looks kinda like a Goobbue.....right? <__<;;;;

I named my Chocobo Gau because it sounds like Go and its also the name of a FF6 character but I will probably name my Goobbue Quina because it kinda reminds me of her or it lol

Sorry, I really don't want to ruin your fun naming your Goobbue, but i found this statement from a Rep on the german part of the forums and I thought I'd share it with you:

Mehr Informationen zum Thema Goobbue vs Chocobo aus dem Lager der Devs.
Im Gegensatz zu Chocobos könnt ihr euren Goobbue keinen Namen geben. Ihr werdet auch nicht mit ihm kämpfen können. Nur Chocobos können an eurer Seite in den Kampf ziehen.

Translation:
"More infos from the Devs regarding Goobue vs Chocobo.
In opposition to Chocobos you won't be able to give your Goobue a name. Also you won't be able to fight with him. Only Chocobos are able to fight by your side."
