    Can't login to FFXIV

    I haven't been able to log into FFXIV for about a week now, I will try to launch my game and it will just crash and give me 8 error msgs, i have tried fully reinstalling the game and that didn't fix my issue. I would also aswell get Dx11 errors so i had swapped back to dx9 and these are the errors I now get. This is very upseting my subscription is running an i'm not able to play.

    Hello Miqo95, Thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    Has anything on your computer updated recently?

    What have you done to solve the issue up until this point? Are your graphics card drivers up to date? Additionally, have you tried lowering the resolution or graphics settings (even if your GPU can obviously handle it), does this have any effect, or does the frame rate remain constant regardless of what you choose?

    If none of this seems to have any affect, try turning off Direct X 11 mode and see if this adds any more stability to the game. Also, disable any programs in the background while you are playing the game (again, even if your computer should be able to handle it).

    If any of these solves your issue, please let us know so we can further assist others with the similar problems. We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!

    Thank you for replying, All of my drivers and graphic cards are up to date. I have tried all of your suggestions aswell but none of them helped fix my problem. I'm still unable to login to Final Fantasy XIV.

    I'm not sure I can do much with this system report.

    To further assist with this issue, we will require a full DXdiag report. To make one, please press Windows + R and the ‘Run’ command will come up. Type ‘dxdiag’ and hit OK. The DXdiag window will come up. Here, click “Save all information” and save it to a TXT file. Copy all of that information and post it to this forum.

    We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!
