I returned the leader the plot etc the first time don't know if I will bind myself to this again....

Personal opinion I suppose, but If the FC leader doesn't care about the FC any more then they really don't deserve to be leader. So if it comes to you again, maybe considering keeping it? You're quite within your rights to do so and certainly not obligated to hand it back.

I agree completely. That FC leader is not a leader at all, anyway. You can do a lot with a FC plot, even in the event you are the only active player. If you are the one sticking around, you are the de facto leader!
