The class quests for Marauder start at the Marauder's Guild in Limsa Lominsa.
After you have finished the level 30 Marauder class quest you can start the Warrior job quests, which start at the same place, but then continue with Curious George,
When you bought the level jump potion some of those quests were automatically flagged as completed(all of the class quests up to the level you bought). So if you cant find the quest giver, id check your quest journal. Its possible(i havent leveled WAR and dont know) that they change location or primary NPC at a higher level. By looking under completed quests at the highest level one for your job you have done, it should tell you where the next quest can be picked up.
I believe that warrior's lv 60 quest started where Curious George hangs out at near Costa Del Sol.
Did you also get a story skip potion? If you haven't done the Main Story Scenario quests, you also have to complete "The Far Edge of Fate" (the final Heavensward patch quest) to get the Stormblood job quests to open. As a lvl 60/70 WAR, busting through the main story won't be too hard, but it will take some time. I really like the story, but others are fine skipping it (the quest journal and unending journey will give summaries of quests and many cutscene replays), so to each their own. FF14 differs from some other MMOs where you have to also get through the storyline to get to current content, more like a traditional RPG. Otherwise, Curious Gorge should have the quest, unless you've somehow already gotten to the point where Broken Mountain becomes the quest giver in Moraby Drydocks.
