Old boss FATE content -- any way to let newer or behind players obtain the rewards?

I'm sorry, I know there are older similar threads, but as necroing is bad and the situation seems to have become worse since, I apologize. I am not very familiar with the forums, so if it is bad to make a thread, please forgive me.

I'm having trouble doing proto-ultima-- I can camp it, but can't kill it when it spawns because nobody is interested in joining. (It's nearly impossible to see it spawn at all because having a job makes it hard to camp, only to fail when it does, very discouraging.) I've seen other people have this problem with odin and other no longer relevant boss fates, as well.

Is there anything that could be done to either make the rewards obtainable through a second means (like dun scaith or the odin trial) or make these fates relevant enough again that people are willing to help with them even when they already have the rewards?

Any help, suggestions, or word to SE appreciated

Are you referring to "Prey Online" FATE in Azys Lla ? I haven't done it either because it's hard to camp FATEs on timer, never seem to catch them.
But for other boss fates, it's common to relay them through hunt linkshells plus telling how much time left on the FATE.
For example Odin or Tarrasque Force takes atleast 10-15 mins with 3 full party (24 people).
Also some Boss Fates like Darkscale in churning mist is a FATE chain, I have no clue what Prey Online needs.
Problem with Prey Online because it's on timer and during holiday like now people not very active when it pops (not even on hunts).

Even before stormblood it took me a very long time to get the rewards. I still haven't completed the coeurlregina final fate in fact still after 2 years.

If the fates spawned at alternating or more normal hours and more frequently I think it would be less of a problem. At least for coeurlregina when it spawns super late at night I at least caught the first part a few times so I have some tokens, but I have to go to sleep so I can never beat the actual boss fate.

I JUST got the Ultmia Horns from that FATE and I had been eyeing them for ages. It was either no one would announce the fate or someone would... Only for me to teleport there and it's dead.

I've noticed people (on my linkshells anyway) have started to say when they see special fates. Odin and Ixion are most called out; had one today for the one fate in the Peaks that gives you the barding as a reward.

The problem I run into is that some fates people just don't wanna run, locking new players out of rewards and achievements because they can't solo them (that crab one and the turtle in the Forelands comes to mind.)

Prey Online also occurs in a dead zone, with the weather change only occurring for the first 5 minutes of the fate.

Got it today after someone posted the weather hyperelectricity, happened to be hunt party going on. The FATE isn't listed or in the big map, only the mini map, it was in the "Quarantine Block" area. It's fairly easy with most level 70s, 8 people down it under 5 mins and there's no sync level button for it.

The easiest way to get people to do the FATE is to be in a hunt linkshell and shout it. People always show up when shouted in linkshells as there are always new people joining hunts everyday who have yet to experience these FATEs. Coeurlregina will be toughest to complete as it is a 3 part FATE chain that takes place through several hours. I managed to complete it at the beginning of Stormblood. It was my last FATE achievement of Heavensward to obtain.
