Cast delay with Brotherhood(Monk skill)

After reaching level 70 recently i was excited to get the Brotherhood skill.
I have noticed though that there is a cast delay on the skill.It can sometimes be quite irritating and miss team mates due my chracters movement or the movement of team mates during the cast.
Has anybody else found this an issue?

Not really, you're generally casting it when already in your correct positional area and pretty much never while on the move or you're doing it wrong. There is a delay, it just doesn't matter.
