Is there any better way of reporting Bots?

Does anyone know whether it’s okay to report the ‘multiple identical people’ bots via the quick “report RMT activity” option in the chat log? Is that what they’re actually doing?

Can you report them via that if they don't talk? That was just for the rmt chat spam I believe.
