    PC to PS4 Issues

    I've been playing FFXIV for three years and I started playing on my PS3, on a UK based PSN account. I then shifted to a PC, and paid for the PC version, however my Square Enix account was US?

    Now I'm trying to add a copy of the game to my PS4, and I just purchased the complete edition from the PSN store from the SAME account I used on my PS3, yet I get the error message that the region is different.

    Why is this happening? Will I have to make another PSN account, based in the US? And does the complete edition I bought for the PS4 go to waste now?

    Good Morning kaidankolo, Thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    Is your Square Enix Account NA or EU? Our games will not register to a different region. A NA game needs to be registered to a NA account. A EU game needs to be registered to a EU account.
