Next time you're in a group and it's failing instead of just quietly ignoring everything, wiping over and over until you disband, try to say something to help the group succeed. When you get kicked for trying to help, come back here and apologize to me.

And then you get these people who completely validate everything i'm saying, and totally destroys all your theories:

It's this kind of arrogant, staunch opinion that causes the system to get abused. If you do or say something contrary to someone like this, doesn't matter if you're right or wrong or anything, you'll get kicked by him, his buddy and the apathetic person that you all represent who isn't paying attention. I dont even know why im bothering to respond, but...

Proof? lolwut? Yes. Proof. When you say something crazy and the evidence and common sense goes against you, the burden of proof is on you. How unreasonable are you people? Think for 5 seconds before making stupid, inane requests. What, like the request to remove a feature from the game? A feature that prevents much more trouble then it causes? Did you think for 5 seconds before making this thread?

If we dont count brand new content(like a raid on the week it goes live) or savage/ex level content then i am almost never in failing groups. Once or twice with undergeared people who wouldnt do mechs for royal menagerie in the last 6 months, maybe 3 times ever for the same reason in final steps of faith. Oh sure, ive seen a wipe or two here and there(every 24 man raid when it was current). But every failure listed above was met with explanations of what mechanics were being done wrong, and/or offers to explain how to get by. And no, i dont run everything with a set group of people - 80% of the time i just que. Yes, some people will bite your head off for trying to tell them how to play their character. I only offer playstyle/rotation advice when asked and when i know what im talking about(mostly BLM and crafting), but i can explain mechanics to anyone. And i do if they need it.

The tank goes first - this makes pulling easier and lets them set a pace they are comfortable with and can handle. Unless you personally know the tank and healer, you dont know if they actually can handle pulling the next group plus the one(s) they stopped with. Some tanks will try to accommodate you in these situations, some will let you tank the extra mobs that you decided to pull(which you likely cant handle). And yeah, if you keep doing this over and over again you likely do deserve a kick too. Purposefully attempting to pull more packs then the group can handle is a form of sabotage, and the other 3 people shouldnt have to put up with your trying to cause them to fail.

I cant speak for everyone, but contrary to what you believe i do pay attention. I know whos doing their job, whos going above and beyond, whos being a jerk in chat, and whats going on with the run. Vote kicks and vote abandons come up on less then 1% of the runs i do, but i pay attention to who is being targeted and i vote with my conscience. I have never voted for someone to be kicked that didnt earn their kick(and i remind you ive only seen 2 people kicked in thousands of runs for any reason other then afk/disconnected), and i never vote yes on abandons at all. So... yes. If you still think everyone is out to get you, then you are 100% crazy.
