    1. Don't let tank die!
    2. Tank has healing priority.
    3. If tank is fine heal DPS.
    4. Always try to dps, even if it's just DoTs, I've noticed even when things are hectic there is always a small opening to apply these.
    5. Don't talk or at minimum, just say "o/" or "ty". Otherwise things will turn into drama.
    6. Rule 5 doesn't apply if I have to afk for whatever reason. Must let party know.
    7. Don't get involved in play disputes between players.
    8. Do report parser users if they reveal numbers and use it to harass people.
    9. Don't play DPS or Tank. It is just asking for a kick.
    10. Don't play Savage or Ultimate. I am not good enough for this content so don't bother.
    11. Do not join any guilds/FCs for whatever reason. Drama will just ensue.

I can't think of anything else but those are my unwritten rules. Keeps my play experience pleasant. :3

If at all possible don't leave the yard of your FC house. Nothing good happens out there.

If you do leave your FC home treat all players as NPCs unless you have determined them to be a mentally stable human. (Same applies to instances. Don't tell that boy how to play npcs can't use that info or reply)

You play every pull, trash, boss, adds, dummies, world mobs, and even fish. Like your life depends on it.

You never (unless you can't pull again due to added time) "just wipe it" you wrestle that Dragon until you breathe your final breath. You never give up on yourself or your team.

That I follow, or wish others would follow:

    1. If you're going to afk for more than a couple minutes in a dungeon, move first to within Rescue range of the lock-out area so you can rejoin the fight upon return -- though a rez may be necessary first.

    2. Anyone can do anything, insofar as their kit allows. Know the short-term goals of each roles -- where to gather, when mitigation is necessary, etc. -- and the conventions to accomplish them. Play around the specialist, as they'll have point on the specialized task (healing or tanking), but know that if your toolkit allows, your responsibilities over even specialized tasks do not end just because you have a specialist for that task in group; only when there is an effective cap or the action comes at greater cost to some other function (though these will each be more often the case than not, especially in the case of a DPS healing, for instance) do you let a specialist handle the task completely.

    3. Just because something is your specialty doesn't mean someone else can't do it better. A cross-Clemency during Requiescat after a combo-finisher will do a hell of a lot more than your Cure II, while allowing you to Holy spam mass-AoE. A mana-capped DA-Abyssal likewise will do more healing than any of your particular spells, but its ability to be spammed will only last as long as there are many mobs and either Blood effect. Be aware. Know others' toolkits.

    4. Know your AoE and mobility ranges. While it's on the BLM to be within AM range if he wants to use you to escape, do not beg for healing after moving out of AoE heal range from its optimal position; unless forced by mechanics that you couldn't prepare for to reach an better result, that, too, is on you.

    5. Always be doing something. Unless facing Blighted Bouquet or Pyretic. As long as you're not wasting uptime on restorative abilities, it is virtually impossible for casting nothing or using zero TP in a given GCD to be worthwhile (only exception -- mass-AoE when resource-starved, which usually comes down to too low of DPS and/or wasted uptime on restorative abilities).

    6. If someone takes issue with your performance, your default behavior should be to reflect on your rotation, positioning, and engagement -- not to attempt to have them banned just because you made a normally easy pull impossible.

    That I see:
    1. Feel free to afk without warning.

    2. Assume that if you are the tank or healer, then you are free to hold hostage the time of all others in your group. See rule 1, but know that it now affects all 4 players -- or so you would think.

    3. Report any tank who says so much as "I need at least a couple of those 12 mobs to be dead within the 30 seconds that my CDs are up". Try your best to get him banned; he may have just slighted your willingness to learn or perform accordingly. Do not ask for advice. Equatable cases for non-tanks.

    4. Pop sprint, run towards boss, and then wait until Sprint has faded. Bonus for popping CDs before afking.

    5. If you converse, be sure to stop doing anything during that time, rather than using the ample up-to-2.5 seconds between GCDs to gradually continue your text.

    One and only rule.

Interact with everyone as if they were face to face with me. I hate the attitudes that the anonymity of the internet brings out in some people.

    1. You ask me to heal at your own risk. I have killed more players in this game than any other healer ever in this game... and I have never queued PvP as a healer... >.>

    2. Friendly fire isn't.

    3. Suppressing fire doesn't

    4. If brute force doesn't work you aren't using enough.

    5. Make sure that cute girl isn't really an effeminate looking guy before you start hitting on her

    6. Never play a pirate when you are sober

    7. Chew my food before I eat it... *stares at tasty lala*

    1) If you're the sort of person who would take everything from a free company chest--including certain donations or holdings by your members--and flee because you can't stand the thought of being wrong, or with dealing with conflict, then you are among the worst kind of coward.

    2) If you want something enough then you need to work until you can get it; put in all of the effort it requires. Likewise, if you are the type of person who stops part of the way into a project, and then lash out at people who finish, especially citing that you are tired of hearing about their spoils in life, then you are both petty and a quitter.

    3) Sometimes situations will arise where people misunderstand one another, and sometimes one of them will try and fail to explain themselves. Such is a time to try to de-escalate the situation, NOT the time to throw accusations, fake evidence, lies, and so on as a means to make yourself look somehow better by default - because you're not better (you're an ass).

    4) The words "I'm sorry" can carry a lot of weight when you fully understand your part in a situation. Simply throwing those words around is meaningless, and can often lead the way to more issues down the line. That said, to a couple people on this forum, I would very much like to say: "I'm sorry."

    5) The past is for living once, and only visiting on grand occasion if you happen to be in the neighborhood, not for residing for all of eternity.

    6) I don't like hypocrites. I've even met hypocrites who say they cannot stand other hypocrites, either pretending or not realizing their own issue. I can understand when it takes a while to realize your own contradiction or that you're doing something wrong, but if you claim to be fully responsible while loaded with a number of bad habits you say you don't have then congratulations on having this issue, and you need to face it rather than projecting on others.

    7) Go out of your way to make things different. It's my opinion and philosophy that the meaning of life is perspective, and the experiences you get from it. If you think you're stuck doing the same thing every day with no noteworthy variety at all then it's time to make some changes. This extends to logging in for the sole purpose of going AFK at your usual spot until the system kicks you. Many of life's experiences are crafted by going out and making them happen ourselves. Welcome to a game that has a Roleplay community, often playing out scenes because they want to change things up a little. Welcome to a game that has a lot of little touches worth exploring and checking out with your own eyes. Et cetera, et cetera...

That's.. pretty hard. Since not every people will accept those and you can cause a conflict.

    Mines are simple:

    1. Manners comes first. I consider education a must. Greet people when join, say good bye when leave. Respect other and always talk correctly. Don't be a jerk with anyone, even if that people is being a jerk. I won't tolerate bullshit in any of my parties. Also I'll leave if a party does not respect other players. Also, this include don't join paries if you're not capable of do whatever that party is aiming for.
    2. Only the tank pulls, no one else. Of course, accident can happen and someone can pull accidental, then I will take it. But I won't if I see is on purpose.
    3. Tank, in agreement with healer, decide the pace of a dungeon, not the DPS. You can tell me to pull more if you do it in the way of the first rule.
    4. Anyone who insult, talk shit, or just being a jerk is out, even if it is the 99 percentile guy in FFlogs or the best player in the game. This is the first rule, but I prefer make it clear.
    5. Don't join my PF if you will immediately leaves for a wipe or any other shit.

    Last and not less improtan.

    6. Do as much as you can always. be the best player you can be. Of course I'm not asking for use potions and food i na dungeon, but play always with your best skills. Just to respect the other players who also do it.

Well. To be fair, is just two rules. Being a good person who comes to have fun and let the tank decide the tank stuff, healers decide the healers stuff, etc.
