    Issue with free login campaign.

    Hey!

    My girlfriend and I were enjoying the free login campaign yesterday. But today when we tried to log in we get the following message.

    No valid service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV.

    The e-mail we got about the free login campaign says until January 4th.

    I'm not sure what to do. Is it over? We know it's only 5 days from the day you log in, but she just logged in yesterday and I a few days ago. What can we do?

    5 Days from the day you opened the launcher to DL the game, not login.
    If that wasnt the case, then idk.

    Yes Claire_Pendragon is correct. Its 5 days from the day you opened the launcher, not 5 days from when you logged in. "No valid service account" means you need to pay a subscription.
