Players are always complaining about someone else's poor play, Stop, and teach them give them a good rotation and show them where to practice and get better. Create a better player base and give your good advice. text proper mechanics during dungeon's and raids, invite them to talk chats and don't judge them and stop kicking players out because of low dps or heals.
