Players are always complaining about someone else's poor play, Stop, and teach them give them a good rotation and show them where to practice and get better. Create a better player base and give your good advice. text proper mechanics during dungeon's and raids, invite them to talk chats and don't judge them and stop kicking players out because of low dps or heals. I joined a good raid once and we all got on discord and the leader was a wonderful teacher and the savage was passed easily, but there was no room on there link shell. I only did that savage once. why do players pass a savage call it game over and stop playing saying they beat the game. Don't stop keep playing and teach.

Why should WE teach someone if no one even interested in it? Are those people got banned in google? Why justify lazyness if there's literally hundreds of guides already made by experienced players TO HELP NEW ONES TO GET BETTER?

While I can agree with what you're saying, I understand and empathize with people's frustrations if they are in a Savage Farming party or in EX Roulette and there is no one new in the party, where they expect everyone to know what they are doing (especially in Savage).
I think it also needs to be pointed out that people need to also speak up if they are knew to content, there is usually one person in a group who is more then willing to explain fight mechanics.

In all seriousness and ignoring for a second the hypocrisy that's already been called out, all of this. Newbies really do need to start telling people when they aren't certain about a fight or dungeon mechanic. Most people I know will immediately abandon a speed run of any particular dungeon to help someone out if they ask for it. The issue being is that you /do/ need to ask first as there's a sizable amount of people in this game who are leveling alts and don't need things explained at all. It's impossible to tell which is which at a glance. You can't be mad at people for pulling forward at their own pace if you aren't willing to self advocate. Now if you DO speak up and they decide to be jerks, then the onus is on them for mishandling the situation.

I used to feel the same but I've come to the sobering realization that a good majority of people don't want to be helped. That would require "effort" after all.
