    That won't change anything though the problem is this group on the Op's server are not only trying to stealth kill hunts but also purposely manipulating 3rd party sites so pretty much everyone is left in the dark but them.

    It just shows how easily the system can be exploited if a group is dedicated enough.

    An in game way to tell even if it didn't give an exact time would be a great QoL improvement because we are only going to get stronger and they have made it clear they don't want to adjust the level/hp of the old S Ranks.

    It could be an NPC where you select the mob's name and it responds with how many Eorzean days ago the monster was last seen. After maintenance the response could be "No one has seen it recently". Hunters would still have to find out the area it spawns in, the spawn time range in Eorzean days (after maintenance and after a kill) and the spawn conditions. And then put in the work to spawn it. We already get weather watcher NPCs for convenience even though the weather patterns could be figured out with some effort, so hunt NPCs would be no different.

    Manipulating hunt windows on third-party sites is playing dirty, but OP's group can keep their own times. If the same group is able to keep the times to themselves after the windows reset, the group greatly outnumbers the other groups, or the other groups aren't hunting.

    That wouldn't matter. Topics like this would still be made asking for ARR and HW to get beefed up or synced or made invulnerable for a time. Notice the topic is about ARR hunts, and not SB hunts, when SB hunts have much longer periods of inactivity.

    Like Darrc said, hunts are toxic in their current form. The only thing I've seen come remotely close in toxicity was the EM during diadem 2.0 (didn't try Feast until after chat was removed). Instead of topics like this that aim low and request a minor fix so they can continue to grin and bear it, the players should be asking the devs to be consistent: If we can't have an official parser because they 'don't want to split the community', and if Feast chat was removed because of toxicity, then they should also adjust hunts so they aren't toxic (remove spawn times, tie rewards to bills and make hunts docile)
