An example of why the ARR Hunts need an adjustment

They are choosing to fight blind as you put it and complaining about having a disadvantage because they choose not to actually take proactive measures in the game itself the fix their issue. Again no one to blame but themselves. We need to move away from this "Someone fix the problem for me because I don't want to" mentality and actually start getting off your lazy butts and fix the issue yourself. This goes on society in general, not just this game.

The only "proactive" measure you can take to find out if a hunt's window is open or not if someone is purposefully denying others information on when it was last killed is to track/stalk the players you suspect/know to be the ones who killed it last time and use their activity to judge. Having to resort to methods that could potentially be considered harassment is kind of silly.

The only alternative is making sure no hunt goes unreported on a tracker, which is kind of unrealistic, since it's unlikely someone can be monitoring every zone with an open window 100% of the time until a spawn happens, and even if they do, they could still escape one's notice if they're not using a program that detects S ranks. I've had hunts like Wulgaru and Lampalagua go missing for over a week even without people actively trying to prevent others from getting to it just because they kept getting spawned and killed by randoms repeatedly.
