Yep, you don't care about how people feel when you boot them out of party's and I don't care getting people banned.
We have something in common.
Difference being I am doing something good getting rid of someone who miss uses a thing that isn't allowed in FFXIV.
You are taking out aggression on someone who is causing you to lose in a game.

If a person enters content they aren’t ready for, that’s no one’s fault but theirs for jumping into something they aren’t ready for. Same thing for people who want to be carried. Why should I feel sympathy for someone who is looking for a carry, or hoping that the rest of the party will just pick up their slack? They obviously didn’t care for the rest of the group when they decided to burden them by either being woefully unprepared for the content, or by refusing to pull their weight.
It’s really sad that you would actively try to ban people just on the basis of parsing. Even if they aren’t being dicks about it. And don’t think that it makes you any better than the bad apples in the parsing crowd. It makes you just as petty.
I don’t think that’s a mentality exclusive to just FFXIV in this day and age, to be fair lol.

Okay lets make thing clear,FF content DO NOT care about your feeling, its not because you feel bad to no clear something that the content will per magic clear itself, its only if you try to improve yourself that other people will see that you improved etc...or you do the same wrong things again and again hoping that people will not care and carry you through content.

Then what's the problem if you cleared it? In a way, he is right. As long as his dps isn't so low he could be considered carried according to the dps needed for the fight (and not to what others bring, as if you're with 3 other expert dps players, then why should you suddenly reach their level when playing, for exemple, Sophia extreme? If he brings enough dps, he can accept to stop his progression here as long as he's not a burden).
If he is so low in the way if 3 other players like him would be here, they would have seen the boss rage, then yea he is too low.

I will take the same logic you used okay ? "why should we bother taking someone so bad while other DPS do great ? " see how it whould be ? I never said he should do like the 3 other BECAUSE,class dont allow people to have the same DPS ,some class will deal more and some less, what we asked him is to just do average, just normal DPS,but the thing here is that guy learn 1 rotation, and never change anything thing, lot of monster ? same single target rotation, and even that rotation was a bit fucked up.
just to give you exemple for a imaginary savage, his class average dps is 1000 for that boss
lets say that number is just the average for someone who dont go all crazy about his dps:the person i talked about would be around 200,and would tell us that he dont have to improve. how do you expect a group to keep someone who dont even do the minimum ?
One of the main reason for people to try to do as much DPS as possible is 1st:because of performance yes, but the 2nd,is because:the shorter the fight, the less likely a mistake is to happen.
Gleipni :
Quoted me with "blabla" You're obviously disrespectful overall and even didn't get what I meant by giving as much as the 3 others and start talking about balance according to classes. I said I agree with you if the guy is a real burden, but better not pay attention about that part of my message, right? It's because of people like you discussions are annoying, you are the real problem, you remove parts of messages on purpose just to be right. Not well interpreting what I said doesn't help, but at least I think it's not made on purpose.
And btw, ""why should we bother taking someone so bad while other DPS do great ?" Is not the same logic. I wasn't talking about statics which are made to be between friends (so people who will listen to you without being offended for nothing), or to be between good players, so you have to get rid of that person not good enough for your expectation of your static. So yes, get rid of him. Meanwhile, if it's a random, then here is the why you bother taking him : because you didn't picked him. So just kick or restart if the content is unclearable because of that player, it's just obvious.

I said "blabla cause the text was too long so had to cut someone,i could have put potato or "with respectfull regard to you" dont start with the "im offended" stuff.
Second that guy was part of my fc and the static was made out of an Fc,and we still kicked him out,we warned him that he should improve ,he refused,he got kicked, the end.
Im playing FF to do savage because for me its fun,and im clearly nto playing to make unbreakable friendship.
