If someone parsed you in a fight and you are in it and it was uploaded, you can go to your profile (make an account btw, you should) and there is every detail what you did step by step. You can see when you used the buffs, etc

The site that Akaneakki said can give you exact information, but if you're curious on just numbers, it's not bad to just ask if anyone's parsing since you're curious and you're PS4. Usually when people ask, the person parsing will give the number, as they've basically gotten the okay. Helpful if you're ever just curious when doing things.
