Report them. They're not allowed to talk about parser in game, specially if it i used to harass others. Also, I think is a bit worrying a tank more concern about DPS than tanking.

The best way to stop that is not having any mercy with that people.

Everyone should be concerned about dps when the actual dps are doing less than tanks and/or healers.
