This is a friend doing o1s among his first times, or his very first time as a Bard, who does not have the lvl 70 class quest completed, and sort of being new to the bard class.

You can clearly see rotational mistakes to a person new to a class, including and not limited to dropping the dots on the boss, using 2 songs on pull and the list goes on. This goes to prove that making a mistake or two, is not a reason your DPS dives by 80%. There are more culprits behind extremely low throughput.

You shouldn't join this "The night is dark and full of terrors" group of people who are defending low performance, instead you should become a person who uses guides and freely available information to become better. Nobody asks you to get 100percentiles, but you should surely be able to do more than gray if you do your rotation (with however many abilities you may have, or are missing).
