I have no problem with you witnessing my performance while in the run and keeping a local copy of in on your PC, though. you were there to witness the run and the tool itself is useful for sussing out problems on the fly
Does this apply to people uploading screenshots of you ingame? What about a video of a fight where you are involved in? Or if you join a group with a streamer?

Privacy concerns are all well and good for certain things, but this isn't one of them. None of your real life information is included. If you want to opt out, verify your character on the website and change the settings. Rather than demanding no-one else can view statistics on a website.
