This is why this game should'nt get a parse

The majority of the farm groups I am in pull numbers like that. That’s not an uncommon occurrence this late in the tier. If your DPS are staying in the 3k range, then they aren’t doing enough because 4k is extremely easy to hit now with proper gear and a proper rotation. (Also, if you don’t parse, then how would you know what numbers others are pulling, unless you just go by uploads?)

To just add to this; I normally play tank (as in, I'm not especially good at anything else since I get no practice). I jumped into an O2S once as a BRD (literally my only Deltascape parse as a DPS), screwed up my rotation a ton (got my songs extremely misaligned somehow), and still pulled 4.3K DPS. Sure, I know the fight, but anyone in a farm party should too.

Unless severely undergeared, a DPS shouldn't be pulling less than decent tank DPS in a farm party
