Well, I guess you can technically report people with PF descriptions like that for using 3rd party tools.
I just don't really see it as a big deal as long as they aren't harassing anyone. Is wanting to play with others at a similar skill level abuse of a parser? We are talking about pre-mades in high end content and not picking on average players in the DF.
