    I'm playing on 100~120 latency with no issues. If your latency is lower than 100 then it is considered low.

    Pressing your skills/abilities with mouse is fine, you're what we call a "clicker". Generally people talk negatively about it, but I've seen many PoVs of clickers who have cleared end game content. It shouldn't be a big issue
