wondrous Tales not giving some rewards issue

OK things making sense now.

i don't know why i remember always getting two rewards... maybe something changed or is just me remembering incorrectly (more likely lol)

I just tested again with a new book and it works just like you said, you have to pick from all three, not the two on the right like i though. wow being missing out on good rewards for not reason at all. well it happens (blame it on the grind)

These are the Lines you can go.
When you are selecting the finished duty's for lines if you go above 7 you cannot use 2 points to change the lines it has to be 6 then you can use the points to switch lines up.

If you complete the 9 seals you should get the top line without having any lines at all.

There are actually more options in terms of where lines can fall, but this thread isn’t about that, it’s about a discrepancy in rewards. According to OP, there are supposed to be guaranteed rewards for each tier, and then 2 you pick 1 from. Though, that has never been the case to my knowledge nor how WT rewards are supposed to function, so OP is either misremembering or experiencing a bug.
