Legacy player, but no back tattoo

Steps:
1. Have been subscribed since 1.0, on and off, and found out recently that I'm eligible for a Legacy-only back tattoo, but my character has no such thing available.
2. I tried the /lmark on and /lmark off commands, but they don't seem to work.
3. Upon contacting support, I was directed to post this issue here, and to mention that I tried enabling/disabling my headgear while attempting to show the tattoo.

Is this the Sam same charactrr ou used back in 1.0? If it's not then you're not able to get it

It's not your account who needs to be eligible the tattoo.
Your Character has to be from that time.

I could be wrong but I think you also had to complete a certain amount of the story in 1.0 in order to be eligible for the tattoo as well.

But yeah the character had to be created in 1.0 and transfered into ARR in order to have the tattoo.

Yes, this is the same character I used back in 1.0. I did go through with a name change at some point, as well as plenty of fantasias. I also changed servers at some point, but the fact remains that this is the same character I played back in 1.0.

I played plenty of the story (up to level 30 something), and I think that's more than enough to be eligible for the tattoo according to a few sources.

The tatto was not for some progression in the MSQ or something like that. It was for playing while a special event took place in the end of 1.x some month before the servers got shut down.

It required completion of the story up to the point where you destroy the Lunar Transmitter, I believe it was.

If your character is legacy, the tattoo can be turned on and off using the /legacymark or /lmark.
