I don't know how system counts this limitation days..

I think you need to have at the least, 90 active subscribed days, and it will require you to wait until you have the full 90 days of the subscription used up which on your screenshot shows you have paid for 90 days total and still have 7 of those days remaining until you need to re-subscribe giving you 91+ days.

I'd wait the 7 days, re-subscribe then try moving, it should work, if not then contact support for assistance.
