Unfortunately, we cannot assist on the Technical Support forums as we do not have the resources to resolve this particular issue. As such, you will need to get in contact with a Game Master in-game.

To contact a Game Master simply type “/supportdesk” while in-game, which will bring up the menu to contact one for further assistance. Explain the situation to them and they should be able to find a resolution to the problem.

Also, it's important to note that free game time does not affect the 90 day restriction for transferring worlds, so that would not be a concern in this scenario.
