1. On November 26th I purchased a Scion Liberator's Attire from the Mog Station, but I was unable to log in and claim it until today. I logged in and checked my mail, but I had not received it. I cleared out my mailbox, re-logged, waited over an hour, and checked my other characters to see if I had sent it to one of them by mistake, but I still did not receive the item. It shows up in my payment history on the mog station, but not on any of my characters.
2. I attempted contacting support, and was told to post a bug report in the forums.

I am actually having the same issue currently with the Carbuncle mounts. I received one as a gift as of today and entered in the code and did not receive it. It also wont send to any of my other characters. It's really strange
