Old issue - Game locks up while loading into cities..

Title pretty much says it - started a while back, well before I built this new computer. Attempting to log into Idyllshire, I would randomly lock up to the point that my whole computer would bog and need a hard reset..

Any help would be greatly appreciated in fixing this =)

Specs: AMD 6300 - 6 core @ 3.5ghz
8 Gigs of GDDR4
Geforce 1050 TI

This has been an on again off again issue for at least a year now
Platform is a PC - No error messages at all - just a hard lock while trying to load into cities (Idylshire, New Gridania and Kugane) and certain zones - Wired Connection (Fiber) - Discord and Advanced System Care for cleaning up processes and ram - Frequency - I can almost count on it just about everytime I try to load into a major city...

Update - This is only happening in the 3 cities I listed - Ran a memtest just in case my memory was failing: Nogo, absolutely nothing wrong with my memory - Recalled certain patches from you folks fixed the issue until you patched again..

Update 2: A little more information - I can zone into the cities just fine - this lock up is only happening when I use teleport and only with the 3 cities I listed - Strange...
