Updating the voices?

Well for my female cat I love voice 3 because it's really cute and not annoying and screechy.

Some male voices either sound mega old or teenage. Nothing in between.

They need to remove that one female Miqo'te voice. If you've heard it, you know the one I'm talking about. I'm pretty sure using that voice in-game is considered a war crime.

It would be nice to be able to preview all of a particular voice's samples for every emote and situation, particularly combat.

I feel like the people who picked that Miqo'te voice probably thought it sounded okay in the creator without realizing how it would sound in battle.

I just tried out Black Desert from the Steam sale. They let you preview voices in 3 or so variations of battle grunts. it's just a preview option on the character creator, its nothing new added to the game. I think they can add it eventually.

This is pretty much all that needs to be done.

An option to just turn off battle grunts would be good imo.
Even not counting Miqo'te voice 5 I'm pretty tired of my character's combat noises already, especially when playing Monk where they grunt with every single skill.
