    World Transfer Workings

    I know for certain it has been 90 days since I have moved servers with my character, using activity feed on Lodestone. However, when I go and fill out the application it says I can not transfer.



    Is there any other reason that I couldn't transfer my character right now?

    Is there a way I can figure out how long until I CAN transfer?

    I have tried email support and they said they could not help me over email, they asked me to use chat support but I never receive the option to do so, only use email support.

    Being that your issue would require you to verify your account, you will need to contact the support center directly. Here is the instructions on how to contact support center through live chat.

    To reach our live chat support please follow the steps below.

    1. Visit the SQUARE ENIX Support Center at http://support.na.square-enix.com/
    2. Select FINAL FANTASY XIV as the game title.
    3. on the next screen click on "Contact".
    4. You will then need to select a category and sub category from the drop down menus.
    5. Next, type a basic description of your inquiry in the "Contact details" section and click "Next".
    6. on the following page click "Next" again. Ignoring any Knowledge Base Suggestions that may apply.
    7. Provided your contact is during SQUARE ENIX Support Center's hours of operation, you should see a Chat Support option. Click "proceed to chat support" to initiate contact with one of our Chat Support Representatives.

    NOTE: Live service is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 - 18:00 (Pacific Time) (Excluding holidays)

    I did what you explained within live service times and still do not receive the option for Chat Support. I made sure the language was set to English.

    Phone has toll fees, is there a reason it wouldn't give me Chat Support?
