    Have you contacted your ISP regarding this issue? There should be something that they can do to improve your connection, they can also come out and check your equipment.

    Just so we can get a better idea of your situation, what exactly did your ISP say? Did they do any kind of test? Did they just check your connection or did they run a trace route of some sort?

    3. on the next screen click on "Contact".
    4. You will then need to select a category and sub category from the drop down menus.

    6. on the following page click "Next" again. Ignoring any Knowledge Base Suggestions that may apply.
