I completely agree as I love fighting games. It's still more fun to say than "chain of actions to execute in order to beat your opponent in duels the quickest you can in the most efficient and fluid way when starting with 0 kind of all energy charged".
As I assume you understood what was meant in the context of FFXIV, I guess there is not much problem

And it's not real burst either, it's too long to be called burst, so it's closer to be a combo than a burst.
