Is there an opportunity to transfer an char from an Account of a friend of mine (i played the char on that account and now i brought me FFXIV by myself) to my account?

No, unfortunately there is no way to do that. The closest you can get is remaking your character's looks on the new account and buying a jump potion to put you at 60, maybe the MSQ skip too if you don't want to read it all again.

Thx where can i buy this potion? And lvl 60 would be good becuase the old char is an blackmage lvl 60 ������

Hello Sonny_Black86,

The Tale of Adventure potions can be purchased on the Mogstation. Just be aware that the Job boost (used to level your character to 60) and the Story skip (used to skip the Main Scenario Quests) are purchased separately, so if you want to jump ahead in the story and level your character, you must purchase both.
