Why Don’t You Tank Poll

I'm not sure which I should vote for. I'm pretty "I pull like a madman, keep up" when I tank but I refuse to play tank in higher dungeons because I'm terrible at CD rotations. And then on top of that I don't really like the play style of tanks. Soooo... yeah. Not really stressful, I'm just not that great at CDs... And not really boring, it's just not for me.

I only ever mostly Tank or Heals with my fc since they at least make things die fast, the roles are boring as well. If I am forced to solo queue I am going Dps because I already know I am going to suffer with randoms might as well have fun playing a Dps.

I refuse to Tank for randoms and I refuse to actually Heal unless I am rushing my friends through leveling at the start of an expansion before raid opens up.

not always.
i was in an instance the other day & the tank pulled loads & couldnt control his pull. we ended up wiping & then he did the same thing again on the next try. again, we wiped. he left & the sheep dps followed him not realising he was crap.
i stayed, had a new tank & dps in no time & this time the tank pulled those very same amount of mobs, we cleared those with no deaths & then we cleared the whole place without a single death.
some tanks are just not meant to play that class.

Yeah. I don't generally see people blaming the tank. If people die that means they weren't healed, right?

I don't tank because I have short attention span and do better in situations where I'm reacting to the actions of other team members to help keep me focused. I've come to realize healing is my best fit in the game.

Combination of massive anxiety, and the fact that by design, a good tank cannot carry bad parties nearly as well as good healers and DPS can.

Didn't SE do a survey that indicated there were actually more tanks than healers, but tanks only seem like a rarer role because career tanks usually only queued with friends?

I don't tank very often, usually because I don't have enough booze required to stop caring what other people think.
