Steps:
1. I received the Topaz Carbuncle mount as a gift, I entered in the code, was given confirmation.
2. I checked my Delivery Moogle several times and clicked on the refresh mail button and nothing has come up.
3. This has happened on all my alts. None of them get any of my carbuncle mounts

i didnt get mine for an entire half of the day after i registered it, and thats with clicking the request delivery every 30 mins.

I logged onto my alts the day after that and they werent in the mail, i clicked request delviery and recieved them some 20 minutes later.


Id give it a day, if you already have then contact a GM
