Can't purchase Zeta weapon replicas unless specific, unstated circumstances

I can confirm you cannot purchase replica Zetas unless you 1. have the weapon on you or on your retainer; 2. turned it in for the Anima quest shortcut to avoid FATEing. I did not realize this til way after the fact.

I have three Zetas I did not turn in for Anima, because they were taking longer to complete than the FATE stage of my Animas. I turned in 5 Zetas for Animas, and did the rest the long way. Afterwards, I completed another 3 Zetas, bought the replica, thinking nothing of it, and deleted the original, thinking it worked the same way. I was wrong obv and now do not have the option anymore to purchase those replicas or any stage before Zeta.
If the system can track that you indeed earned a Zeta and turned it in for the Anima quest, why can't it just track that you earned it period? I sent in a ticket, it gave me an auto-response to post on forums.
I've already used my 1 time only item reclaim, and it wouldn't matter anyway, as I would be asking for 3 items reclaimed: my Warrior, Bard, and Ninja Zeta. I'm only writing a ticket now, because it was probably a matter of weeks before I even noticed, and I waited a little while after writing in a suggestion to change this in hopes they would.
Zeta's still take a long time and good amount of money (on my server at least).
I do think this is an issue because after working that hard on something, that should be it. Record it, lock it in, it's done, the replicas are there forever. There was nothing stating that you ONLY can buy replicas if you lose your Zeta to the Anima quest specifically.
I did luckily buy the replicas before the option disappeared, but if anything was to happen, I want to try to get this amended. I'm also locked out of buying any previous stage of the weapon, and as we all know, glam is life, and I'm extremely reluctant to spend the time/money to re-do 3 Zetas.

At the calamity salvager, you can only purchase the very first stage of the weapon as well. That'd be a perfect place to let us re-purchase if we are idiots. Like me.
