I don't necessarily think that's fair though, as in my case the reason I didn't leave Balmung to play with the two people who joined after the lock was because I had also made amazing friends /here/ in the dozens. Leaving a server full of people I've come to care for just to accommodate one person and asking them all to do the same just didn't make sense to me, especially when I could just make an alt and play with them that way.

That said, people aren't mad at this person for wanting to be on Balmung. They're annoyed with how he responded to explanations on why that isn't currently feasible.
