But its the only answer anyone, including SE, can give - as has been explained several times in this and every other thread regarding this issue. They cant give information or a date because they dont have it themself since its up to the people on Balmung to make it happen.
Their was an interview someone had posted that talks about it it was even small information like that I was looking for.
