Question about Balmung.

SE is a company and not worth defending. They're gonna do what's profitable and feasible. Asking them to consider your special status as such an "important" server is laughable though. Your server is no more worthy of special attention than anyone elses.

You're not asking for improvements to the game though. You're asking for them to upgrade ONE server out of tens because YOU cannot get in. You are asking for something that benefits ONE group. Yes, it's a large group. Yes it's been a "problem" for a long time, however the solution has already been implemented. You like your community? Cool, stay there. Every other server has room though and the people who control the money have no reason to drop money and invest it in one server when they can continue to pull in NEW users who pay money on other servers and not destabilize the datacenter.

If Balmung is an issue which crashes Aether which granted has no actual proof of doing that but is assumed improving it i.e upgrading it will make it more stable capable of holding more people and not "crashing aether" Thats literally an improvement for Aether. This solution isn't a solution at all it's not going to fix anything MORE needs to be done which is what people want. If you can't get into a server to play with friends and again its not just one person theirs tons others who have friends who are on Balmung. Forcing them to leave a server for one-two friends when they have 20+ isn't logically you people refuse to see that, as someone from another balmung post stated along the lines of"SE is right because they say so so theyre right" you blindly follow along what they say without any sort of thought.

I've attempt to have a discussion I realize Balmung is full everyone does many have listed different ways on how to fix it what could work what not yet you list said reason and what do you get? These kinda replies. We want improvements not just Balmung but for every locked server. No person should be locked away from their friends period. No person should be forced to leave a server.

But they are because infinite space does not exist. Not even on the behemoth that is WoW. Servers over there get locked to. Heck, they get locked on every MMO that runs a server system. This is not unique.

We understand that can happen thats why we've listed other info as well however right now as it stands a regular upgrade is fine. Their is also different ways I.E
-Same w/invite a friend were Balmung players already on can invite 1 friend to be capable of transfering. That person can no longer invite someone and the invited cannot invite. This is implying SE has improved Balmung

-Merge some older less populated servers i.e the ones that give the bonus like Zalera Courel etc to one server/one population and the persons effected are given a chance to ether leave at a discounted or free price.

The solution is working, if you and everyone you know quits that's proof it's working. The server will fall below capacity and it will open again. People will fill your spaces and SE will not even notice you going.
You speak of blindness but refuse to try and see it from a company or other player perspective.
Balmung DID crash Aether. this happened. a few times.
I did say it was a group. But still just one group. Why should one server get an upgrade, which will then be over populated AGAIN and cause the SAME problem? It's insanity.

SE is not right in any MORAL way but what they are doing is very understandable from a resource point of view, and the fact you think they actually care about your feelings means you are the deluded one. I've thought about this a lot, it seems you haven't thought beyond how this affects you personally.
