As a crafter, what would your character be doing for a living?

I'm currently on a mission to craft and obtain stuffed ermmm toys(?) so my character would probably make them and hand them out. There is a coffer full of valuables next to her bed so profit isn't a factor.

I think she'd also help trade in Gyr Abania and reconstruction in Yanxia by passing on her knowledge of gathering HQ materials and crafting HQ tools x) Giving tools away in that case would only hurt the economy ( I'm sure Alphinaud would tell her )

Carpenter or Armor building Houses or airship by using my ability of a DRG while ERPing to make kids.

My character would like to be involved in all the steps of the process, from seeing the ore mined and the hides skinned, all the way up to becoming a fine weapon or piece of armor. If they were doing this as like a modern career where they likely don't have the time to do every last step however, they'd probably be in management.

If Sora had to give up adventuring and take up an actual job (like dad always told her to do anyway--screw you dad) it'd probably be Blacksmithing, a skill she picked up because she liked making her own gear for combat.

Well... if Dhem finally gave up the mercenary life for good she'd be doing what she does in her spare time so she'd be a Blacksmith. She picked it up as a hobby when she moved to La Noscea and I suppose as a fallback in case she can't find work beating the tar out of people

Would? I AM a blacksmith and provider of the best weapons this side of the Ruby Sea. How do I know? I've killed MILLIONS with my own weapons. It's one thing to admire "craftsmanship" and "balance".. it's quite another when you're buying something that I know personally slides in and out of enemy armor with ease. I CAN PERSONALLY VOUCH FOR HOW I LANCED AN ANCIENT DRAGONS EYE OUT WITH THIS SPEAR!
