    /micon "Rook Autoturret"
    /ac "Rook Autoturret" <me>

Macros are not against the ToS. They wouldn't be in the game if they were.

Your bishop macro is missing a target (though the game might use whatever you have targetted automatically, I'm not sure). Whoops, I got the turret types backwards in my head! See the person below me's post!

If you're placing turrets with macros, you'll want to place Rook at <me> so it appears in your place, but Bishop should target <t> so it appears on your target.

Yeah, youre fine. The ToS has passages outlawing automated gameplay, but theyre looking at running a script to play for you while youre AFK not something like auto-targetting an ability.

As a general rule you dont want to use too many macros. They can cause some issues that make playing harder(dropped inputs, abilities not qued properly, etc) and in the long run will lower your overall output. But simple things like targeting(or text alerts for key skills) are usually fine.
