    hi i have played the game than 1 week break. now i cant log in anymore cose i dont have a valid servise account why? and whats that? ty

    Sorry if this is an obvious question, but best to check the basics first... do you currently have an active subscription?

    Check on: https://secure.square-enix.com/accou...vc/mogstation/

    You'll be able to see your current status and reactivate etc if needed.

    You have a service account but it's not "active." Meaning you need to update your payment method as this has a monthly fee associated with it.
