A toggle for setting unlearned actions to hotbar on/off (for macros)

    Hello!

I really like the skill book changes made in 4.1, but it brought about an issue with how I use macros to set up my hotbar depending on the level.

Previously if you used /crosshotbar's "set" in combination with an unlearned action, be it due to level sync or else, it would not actually bind said action to the crosshotbar unless you could actually use it at your current level.

This was useful in cases where, for example, in low level content I'd move Ruin I where I'd normally have Ruin II, by first telling the macro to bind Ruin I, and then Ruin II.

If the level wasn't high enough, it would stop with having Ruin I at that place as it couldn't bind Ruin II, but since 4.1 it will now place the unlearned action over it which doesn't serve any purpose at a level where I can't use it.

It's not a bad idea to have the ability to bind unlearned actions to plan ahead, hence why I think a toggle or macro condition to determine that behavior would be the most elegant solution

With the way the game works now you wouldn't need to macro change hotbar. It already changes automatically with level sync, like your Stone button will be stone I, II, III or IV depending what level you're synced to. For SMN, ruin I and III share a button. Ruin II becomes ruin IV when it procs from a pet action. SCH's ruin, broil and broil II share a button, also dynamically changes based on your level.
